Design Process
Whether a room, an entire home, or an addition, each project is as different as every client. Time frames, budgets, tastes and personalities all enter in the scope of each endeavor. Following is a brief overview of the design process:

Interviews
While the initial interview concentrates on the scope of the project and a mutual introduction and exchange of information, the follow-up consultation accesses details of your lifestyle and preferences. We discuss priorities, time frame, and budget. While maintaining attention to detail, we also focus on the "big picture".
Design Agreement
Before the design work begins a written agreement outlining the scope of the project and related design fees is mutually formulated.
Interior Planning and Design Concept
By analyzing space, lighting, color, and texture, a Design Concept is created and presented for approval. By using photos, floor plans and samples, a preliminary plan is completed. With designer and client working as a team, this initial Design Concept is refined and developed into a working master plan. Once the design is approved, furnishings and other materials are ordered and work is scheduled.
Project Coordination and Implementation
You can be assured that your project will be kept on track. Whether building, remodeling, or simply redecorating, we can manage the myriad tasks necessary to make your project successful.

Our ultimate goal is to exceed your expectations.
